The Anti-Obama March on Washington – Millions in attendance?

Posted by Admin on September 13, 2009

UPDATED: There are updated numbers from the U.S. Parks Police — they now estimate that 1.2 Million Protesters attended the Grassroots March on Washington on 9/12/09.

March on Washington

The blog “Exposing Obama” has posted information about the march today including pictures of the crowds.  There are several different versions on the count going around.  NBC’s “own people” say at least hundreds of thousands”, and the Daily Mail in the UK are reporting up to 2 million were there.

They had to close down Pennsylvania Avenue to accomodate protestors who were trying to get to the mall.

This was a great day for our country, for so many to take time out and come tell our government “in person” that we are TIRED of the lies, and the out of control slide into a Communist or Fascist country.

Be sure to check out the coverage – print, video & pictures!

Neo-Soviet Attempted Coup Underway at Georgian Military Base

Posted by Admin on May 6, 2009

MORE INFORMATION TO FOLLOW THIS POSTING SOON…

I also have some resource links listed in my Focus Page: War in Georgia from my coverage of the invasion back in August of 2008.

Georgia is basically at War with Neo-Soviet Russia – dealing with a Neo-Soviet Russian coup at a Military Base.  The officials within the Democratic Nation of Georgia have reported that those involved in the rebellion are following plans made by Neo-Soviet Russians who are also charged with bribery of those involved in what would appear from Georgia’s contentions to be mutinous actions within their military.

Below, please find an article from Reuter’s News service.  It is an excerpt.  The full article can be read by following the link below this article.

Georgia Says Coup Underway at Military Base

Reuters News Service |Tuesday,  5/5/09 | Matt Robinson

Georgia said on Tuesday a Russian-planned coup plot had been uncovered within the military of the former Soviet republic and a rebellion was under way at a military base near the capital.

The Interior Ministry said those involved in the plot had received money from Russia which has criticized NATO military exercises in Georgia due to begin on Wednesday.

“The main aim of this uprising was to disrupt the NATO military exercises,” Defense Minister David Sikharulidze told Reuters. “We are in negotiations with the soldiers at the Mukhrovani base and I hope this uprising will end soon.”

Sikharulidze said the commanders of the military base 19 km (12 miles) from the capital Tbilisi had been dismissed and the soldiers confined to barracks.

The Interior Ministry said one person had been arrested.

“They (the plotters) were receiving money from Russia,” ministry spokesman Shota Utiashvili told a news conference. “It seems it was coordinated with Russia.”

Racism and the Obama Campaign

Posted by Admin on October 12, 2008

Over the course of this election we have been hearing Obama shout about racism.  We have seen him play the race card over, and over again.  Whenever Obama’s opponents uncover more dirt on him, he blames it all on some perceived effort to try to make him look bad because of the color of his skin.

Geraldine Ferraro brought this up during the Democratic Primaries, and she was shouted down.  Now, the Republicans, and their candidates are being accused of being racist?  Enough is enough.  I have a little history lesson for everyone…

1. Abraham Lincoln who was the Republican Party’s First President was the man responsible for the Emancipation Proclamation which freed all slaves.

2. Democrats, primarily in the South were the ones who wrote and enforced the “Jim Crow Laws” that subjugated former slaves, and their now-free children, and granchildren.

3. Martin Luther King, Jr. was a Republican. Frederick Douglass was a Republican.  George Wallace was a Democrat.

4. It was the Republicans in Congress who pushed for and passed the Civil Rights Amendment while Democrats fought against it.

5. It is Conservatives and Democrats of all ethnic backgrounds that has examined the content of Barack Obama’s character, and found it sorely lacking, and indeed dangerous.

6. In his book, Obama himself wrote that playing the race card could help keep people focused on things OTHER than the accusations being brought against you in an election (he learned this watching Harold Washington, Jr.’s Campaign in Chicago.

I will leave you with the following wisdom from some true American Heroes of Equality:

“There is a class of colored people who make a business of keeping the troubles, the wrongs, and the hardships of the Negro race before the public. Some of these people do not want the Negro to lose his grievances, because they do not want to lose their jobs. There is a certain class of race-problem solvers who don’t want the patient to get well.”

– Booker T. Washington

“Every colored man who has a vote to cast, would cast that vote for the regular Republican Party and thus bury the Democratic Party so deep that there will not be seen even a bubble coming form the spot where the burial took place.”

– Robert Smalls, Civil War Hero & Ex-Slave

“I am a Republican, a black, dyed in the wool Republican, and I never intend to belong to any other party than the party of freedom and progress.”

– Frederick Douglass

Obama’s Contradictions and Lies about HIMSELF!

Posted by Admin on September 26, 2008

Hello loyal readers,

I’m sure most of you, like me, watched the debate between Sen. John McCain, and Sen. Barack Obama tonight.  It was certainly interesting…

At this moment I am going back through the debate, and having a great time picking out all the lies, inconsistencies, and contradictions made by Obama tonight.  While I’ve got a pretty long list already, I’d like to give my readers an opportunity to add to it!

So, if you remember a specific comment made by Obama that you know to be a (so-called) “mis-statement”, please feel free to make a comment below.  (Comments are moderated, so I will check back periodically as I’m doing my research to approve respectful comments).

If you are an Obama supporter running across this post, I’d like to hear from you as well – as long as you keep it clean, and respectful.  Was there something that you believe McCain said that wasn’t true about Obama?  If so, please submit that as well.  I will do my best to be fair in rebutting your charges against him with facts, and citations for my sources (the same as I will be doing to prove my case against Obama).

Ok, well I’ve got a LOT of stuff to go through right now, and some research to complete so I’ll wrap up this particular post.  If you run across anything else that you feel is important that I should include in my summation of the debate, please feel free to comment on that as well — or add your comments on the debate itself!  As I said – as long as it’s respectful, I welcome comments by Obama supporters (or Libertarians, or Greens, or any other party’s supporters) as well.

Take care for now everyone, and I’ll try to post my summation within the next few hours, if not in the morning.

A couple ways to help the McCain/Palin Campaign

Posted by Admin on September 14, 2008

I occasionally write up postings on my favorite conservative message boards that contains activist information.  Mostly these posts are along the lines of things like; writing to the media to complain about bias, to correct mis-information published, and to speak on issues, etc… .

One way that people are probably familiar with, but may not always think about are the great “word-of-mouth” opportunities that can arise when you are wearing a T-Shirt, put up a Yard Sign, or share bumper stickers with your family members, friends, neighbors, and sometimes even your co-workers, too (don’t get yourself in trouble).

There are several ways that you can help the McCain/Palin campaign out in this way…

First, you can buy merchandise directly from the McCain/Palin Campaign Store.  They even offer several package deals that contain an assortment of things for a special price.  You can view the available merchandise, and purchase items here: The McCain/Palin Campaign Store.

Many inspired, and artistically talented supporters and even professional artists are getting involved in creating Election 2008 merchandise.  This group of people also includes, your truly!  I opened my own CafePress store back on August 23rd, 2008, and I am having a lot of fun creating Pro-McCain & Palin, as well as Anti-Obama & Anti-Democrat designs for sale in my 2 stores which you can see here:

Just say NO to Obama/Biden 08 – http://www.cafepress.com/NO_ObamaBiden08
&
Sarah Palin 2012 – We’re Looking to the Future – http://www.cafepress.com/SarahPalin2012 “.

You can also sign up to design, create & sell your own designs by registering at CafePress: http://www.cafepress.com.  If you do decide to sign-up would you be so kind as to please remember to fill in the “Referred by” box on the registration form with my CafePress Store Address which is, “SarahPalin2012”.  I would greatly appreciate that!  I hope you have as much fun as I am having!  It’s easy when you are as inspired as I am right now… It’s easy to work “for Sarah”, easy because I forget it’s work! LOL

Obama Digs Another Hole with New Campaign Ad – PART II

Posted by Admin on September 12, 2008

Well, a few hours ago I posted information about an ad that Democratic Presidential Nominee Barack Obama had begun to air in various places around the country.  The title of the ad is “1982”, and if you haven’t seen it yet, you can view it at this URL: “New Obama Campaign Ad: “1982”.

Let’s run down 2 of the charges that Obama leveled against McCain in this ad…

OBAMA SAID: “Things have changed in 26 years, but McCain hasn’t.”

MISLEADING…
Just this morning (9/12/08) one of Joy Behar’s chief complaints expressed to John McCain when he went on the TV show “The View” was that McCain used to be a “maverick”, but that he was no longer that way.  McCain responded by saying that he was still the exact same person he’s always been.  It would seem that McCain’s own opponent agrees – McCain hasn’t changed in some very important ways over the last 26 years, and that is a good thing.

OBAMA SAID: “Admits he still doesn’t know how to use a computer” & “Can’t send an email”.

I hate to break it to Obama and his ad staff who are probably in the middle of congratulating themselves right now on their “new tone” attack ads, but I was right in the previous post where I postulated that perhaps John McCain did not use email, and did not type because I thought it may be difficult for him given his severe injuries in the crash of his fighter jet, and his 5+ subsequent years of torture and poor medical care in a POW camp in North Vietnam.

Following is an excerpt from an article that was posted on Forbes.com in which they reported – 0all the way back in 2000 – that McCain cannot type emails due to his injuries, and that his wife Cindy and he answer email together in the evenings – a daily ritual for the two.  It also shows that McCain is far from the computer illiterate, old and out of touch man Obama implied…

In certain ways, McCain was a natural Web candidate. Chairman of the Senate Telecommunications Subcommittee and regarded as the U.S. Senate’s savviest technologist, McCain is an inveterate devotee of email. His nightly ritual is to read his email together with his wife, Cindy. The injuries he incurred as a Vietnam POW make it painful for McCain to type. Instead, he dictates responses that his wife types on a laptop. “She’s a whiz on the keyboard, and I’m so laborious,” McCain admits.

I’m rather sad that I am right about this.  I would prefer that John McCain not have been injured in the Vietnam War, and I know the vast majority of Americans agree that we completely respect his service and sacrifice to our country.  However, I would like to also point out that this makes John McCain particularly suited to addressing some of the most pressing issues facing our country.  He knows what sacrifice is, and he’s seen first hand the brutal nature of war.  That, IMHO, makes him much better suited than a Freshman Senator with no military experience to lead our country during a time of war.  Whether we like it or not, we are there, our enemies are STILL there, and we need someone who knows what works and doesn’t work when it comes to diplomacy, and heaven forbid, military actions if needed.

Right now I would like to share with Obama something that he should have, and probably would’ve learned had he attended a less racist church for the last 20+ years…

Proverbs 16:18 (King James Version):
Pride goeth before destruction, and an haughty spirit before a fall.

For the Democrats who are becoming more and more disenchanted with Obama every day… Please try to look beyond your hatred for President Bush, and honestly look at your options here.  John McCain is NOT going to alter the Constitution, he is going to get the government back on track.  He recognizes that Bush was by no means perfect, and he wants to rectify that situation.  Please look with an open mind.  Visit his website, read his position on the issues, and don’t give in to knee-jerk reactions.

Barack Obama displays the hallmark traits of a Marxist.  His political campaign was launched in the home of an unrepentant known Communist “Revolutionary” Terrorist who bombed the Pentagon and the Capital building as the leader of the 60s terrorist organization the “Weather Underground” (sometimes referred to as “The Weatherman”).  He has accepted the endorsement of a very well-known, and rather radical socialist political group in Chicago throughout his career in the Daley Political Machine.  He has also spoken about attending socialist seminars in college at Columbia University.

Please also consider what socialism would indeed do to our country.  The first thing socialists do is take away the people’s rights, via “suspension” and it all goes down hill from there.  Consider this for a moment — let’s assume Obama is a righteous man, and “socialism would work if done the “right” way”.  What guarantee do we have that the next administration, or the one after that wouldn’t take advantage of the laws and plunge America into the hell that was the Soviet Union under the likes of Stalin, or Germany under Hitler, or China under Mao Tse-Tung?

Let’s join together and make our country strong, secure and prosperous.  We have the resources, and the know-how to make our country great again – as well as cleaning up Washington and getting rid of the special interests, and the “old boy network” and the corruption.  We can also work together to be responsible for our environment, and to tackle poverty and education issues by implementing all of our possible options in each area.  That American ingenuity, and ability to solve problems is one of the greatest things about our country.  Our freedom guarantees that we can pursue these things, and that ultimately we will be successful and not have to sacrifice any of our inalienable rights.

I know this may sound cheesy to some of you, but I’m really not bothered by that.  I have 4 children that I want to grow up in a peaceful world, and that demands that we take care of the threats facing our nation so that our enemies don’t have an opportunity to grow stronger, and to threaten us, and so our children are not the ones stuck with solving the problems.  That’s the hope I have for the future – a real hope built on solid, proven, successful ideals supported throughout the history of our country.  I honestly don’t know who can argue with that…

Well, thanks for listening to my somewhat rant! LOL  I do hope everyone has a great weekend – whether you agree with me or not! 😉

God bless,
LibertyRocks

Obama Digs Another Hole with New Campaign Ad, “1982” – PART I

Posted by Admin on September 12, 2008

UPDATE #1: Please see below the original post for information in response to a reader’s comment.

UPDATE #2 – If you haven’t read the post below, please read it first to understand how this whole situation concerning this Obama ad “1982”, the insinuations and allegations against McCain, and the response unfolded today.  I have continued the story with the response of the McCain campaign explaining the quotes, and the things found in Obama’s ad.  If you have already read the following post, please see this post for “the rest of the story”: Obama Digs Another Hole with New Campaign Ad, “1982” – PART II. [A special note to our Canadian friend, Lex whose comment appears below this post…  You may wish to read this.  Turns out I was right.]

[Thanks to FReeper “LSUFan” for making this excellent point over on FreeRepublic.com]

Barack Obama’s campaign has released a new ad that has older Americans up in arms – as well as anyone else who either has not learned how to use a computer, simply doesn’t feel the need, or perhaps just can’t afford one.  In the ad he charges that McCain can’t send an email, and is “computer illiterate”.

You can view the new ad here: Obama Ad: 1982

Hidden behind the commentary of the ad, of course, is a smear against McCain that he is “too old”, or just “too stupid” to be “in touch” with the modern world. Here’s a clue for Obama though — when he was just a lad, John McCain was learning how to operate this incredibly technical machine…

Cockpit of the A-4 Skyhawk - the plans McCain flew in Vietnam

Cockpit of the A-4 Skyhawk - the plane McCain flew in Vietnam taking off and landing on an Aircraft Carrier.

Here is another view of this complicated piece of aviation machinery:

The A-4 Skyhawk - the plane McCain flew in Vietnam.

The A-4 Skyhawk - the plane McCain flew in Vietnam.

Now, I don’t know about you, but I’m pretty darn sure that if John McCain is capable of taking off and landing an A-4 Skyhawk onto an aircraft carrier in all possible conditions that Email would be a snap for him – if he felt it was necessary.  The truth is – even if others may rely on technology to get their work done people have succedded just fine for centuries without it.

I wonder though… Could a community organizer like Obama master the A-4 Skyhawk?

And, what in the world are his advisors thinking with basically calling anyone who doesn’t use, or wish to use computers, or just can’t afford one, stupid?  Do they WANT to lose this election?  That sure seems to be the case as the holes they are digging just keep getting deeper…

McCain is right — Obama is NOT ready to LEAD, but he sure is ready to SMEAR!

PS – Lest anyone feel that I haven’t addressed the other part of Obama’s 1982 ad – the part about John McCain and the Economy. Here, in full detail, are the plans the McCain/Palin Team are going to push for when they are elected to represent our country in Washington, D.C.:
The McCain Economic Plan

UPDATE (PLEASE READ):

A Response to one of the comments below that I would like everyone to please read as it brings up something in relation to the ad that I haven’t heard anyone even mention before in all the chatter in cyberspace over this ad…

Hi Robin,

I recognize the point you make about being familiar with all methods of communication at your disposal.  However, allow me to ask you a question, if I may…

If he was not capable of doing his job in Washington without a computer up to this point would he be as successful as he has been in Washington since 1982?  The truth is our Elected Officials in Washington have such large staffs that they don’t NEED to know these things in order to do their jobs.  As I mentioned, people have been doing these jobs very well, I suppose on the whole around 200-some years without a single computer, and somehow a man with proven achievements is being vilified because he had more important responsibilities as a very busy man in Washington serving his country than learning how to use email when most of his contacts he saw everyday, and he could use the phone to speak to his loved ones whenever he wanted?

I don’t know there is something refreshing about a man who writes everything down.  At least he can’t delete any emails to cover anything up unlike some pretty prominent Democrats (and yes, some Republicans, too) have in the past! 😉

Anyway, what it comes down to is this.  Honestly, please think about this; don’t you think that if McCain required the use of email to complete his duties as President, and if he was intelligent and skilled enough to fly the plane you see above, that he could learn to do so in a short amount of time…

I’d also like to ask another question that no-one to my knowledge has bothered to even think about apparently – at least no-one in the Obama campaign.. McCain’s arms were permanently injured from his time being tortured as a POW after his plane crashed and they were both broken.  I wonder if anyone even stopped to think for even ONE moment that perhaps it may HURT McCain to type and/or use a computer, or even cause further damage? (He is only able to lift his arms up to a certain point, he does not have full range of motion.) Are they really going to risk making fun of a true hero who perhaps cannot comfortably sit and type with his arms extended due to being severely injured and left to heal awkwardly by his cruel communist captors?

Again… I believe Obama has dug an even deeper hole for himself.  I hope the above doesn’t turn out to be the reason that McCain doesn’t use a computer.  It’ll be ugly for Obama if it is, not that I’ll be overly heartbroken, mind you.

I do appreciate the comment though.  It made me see more clearly that Obama is definitely in the wrong on this issue, IMO, of course!

Could it be a landslide?

Posted by Admin on August 29, 2008

Check out the AOL straw poll for August 29, 2008…  Obama isn’t even leading in ONE state after the announcement of Sarah Palin for VP…

Obviously it’s too early to tell if this lead will last.  And, regardless it’ll be a hard fight – particularly as the smears, sexism, and other negative tactics against Palin are already starting in the MSM and in the Obama campaign.  (If you doubt it just look over on http://www.DemocraticUnderground.com – if you thought they really respected women?  You may change your mind after reading some of the threads discussing Mrs. Palin).  This is definitely not “over”, and we can’t rest on our laurels as it were.

However, the situation sure isn’t looking that good for Obama considering his acceptance speech from his “Temple-for-a-day” was less than 24 hours ago!  Coverage of his speech has been all but swept off the radar…  And, it looks like people are liking what they’ve seen of Sarah Palin so far.
